Middle School Outreach Campaign
A large group of enthusiastic adults and students who work in small groups to design, support, and implement a major, state-wide, college information outreach campaign for New Mexico middle-school students and their support systems. Outreach includes college and career-related events like College Goal Sunday, School-to-World, College Days, and the National College Fair.  All outreach is planned by a collaborative team of volunteers.

College Access Training - The Counselors' Academy
This annual training provides professional updates and workshops for New Mexico citizens. College Access Program (CAP) staff, professional school  counselors, educators, mentors, parents, student influencers, and community-based youth development staff are encouraged to save the date:  April 29 - May 1 2009.  To register click here .

College Goal Sunday - New Mexico
College Goal Sunday is a non-profit program that mobilizes volunteer financial aid professionals from colleges and universities to give college-bound students and families free, individual, and on-site assistance to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). College Goal Sunday is coordinated by New Mexico State University with administrative support from College Success Network.  For more information visit www.collegegoalnm.org.

College Fair
The College Fair gives students and their parents the opportunity to talk face-to-face with admission representatives from universities and colleges all over the country.  You can discuss course offerings, admission and financial aid requirements, college life in general, and other information pertinent to the college selection process.

College Access Programs
Thanks to the College Success Networks partnerships with New Mexico Student Loans, New Mexico Higher Education Department, the New Mexico Public Education Department, and others, New Mexico is currently working to develop a major, state-wide college access campaign targeting middle school students with an urgent message on the importance of higher education preparedness.  For a complete list of College Access Programs in New Mexico, click here.
